Canberra Congregation Treasurer's Report

Our financial picture is still healthy, with the income from work for the “By All Means” group really starting to make a difference, along with a general increase in donations both regular and irregular from many of you members and friends of the Community contributing beneficially to our bottom line.

But while our finances are growing in a healthy way, there is still a need for us to be aware of and work towards supporting the longer-term needs of our Community – with the Canberra Community still well short of our goal of being a self-supporting Community within Australia and New Zealand, and with one new priest for our Region here already in Sydney and the other arriving very soon in Melbourne, finances across the region are expected to be especially tight next year.
