Friday 12th August
7.30pm:  Gospel Study at The Allen’s home, 33 Glenys Street, Burnside.

Saturday 13th August
9.00 am:  The Act of Consecration of Man
This will be followed by morning-tea and a community conversation. Please bring something to share.

Saturday 13th August
1.30 pm – 5 pm: Talk and Workshop at Noosa Pengari Steiner School. As this is a long workshop there will be two breaks during the afternoon.

Ideas and Practice towards Social Individualism
Self development and finding our way can be described in the quest of “Who am I? What Is My Task?”  Before long we are faced with also asking “Who are you?  Can we work together?” – Our individual journey is in the social domain, and increasingly our outer life demands much of our focus.  In these talks and workshops we will consider how our inner meditative life can expand our social capacity, drawing on what is speaking in our lives.  With reference to Rudolf Steiner, Parker J Palmer and Otto Scharmer’s work, we will practice some exercises and encourage each other to bring inner and outer life demands together in what is now recognized as experience of authentic self.

Sunday 14th August

10.00am:  The Act of Consecration of Man

11.15am:   From St Johnstide to Michaelmas – guided by the Trinity Epistle and the Gospel readings each week, there is a course of contemplation in the sequence of pericopes over a 10 week period.  Such Christian meditation turns our inner gaze to the future in our personal lives, giving hope for the future of humanity.

12.45 pm:  Lunch

1.30 pm:  Further community conversation and Committee meeting.

3.00 pm:  Close of Day
